FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two parts and fastening members. The parts are movable relative to each other for increasing device length, one of them being base and the other one being reciprocal part. The reciprocal part is telescopic sectional plate having the right and left sections movable in different directions, each fixable on one of the ends.
