FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making transverse skin cut stopped 2-3 cm before the medial clavicular line. Flaps are exfoliated up and down above the deformity zone. The xiphoid process and musculus rectus abdominis are cut off from the sternum. Exfoliation is carried out from posterior surface of the sternum. Rib arches are cut off from the sternum. The rib arches are placed one over the other in crossed manner above the deformity zone. The rib arches are attached to the sternum. The xiphoid process and musculus rectus abdominis are attached to the sternum. EFFECT: reduced traumatic consequences of the operation. 7 dwg, 1 tbl
