FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing gas flow from raw gas mixture containing at least oxygen and nitrogen by means of two electrodes insulated one from the other and having stationary electric arc discharge of constant current. NO- containing gas flow is produced under the action of the arc discharge. The flow is discharged through coolable canal for fixing nitrogen oxide in the flow by supporting output gas flow temperature and NO contents at the level required for performing effective treatment of a biological object. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 36 cl, 14 dwg
