FIELD: mechanical engineering; atomizing and spraying device. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device used for introduction of metered out amount of powder from filler funnel into air stream, particularly, to powder sprayer which can be connected with feed deagglomerator for delivering metered out amount of atomized powder into stream of air in form of cloud of moving particles. Proposed powder sprayer has cylindrical pan, cylindrical flexibly deformable member secured on shaft for rotation around axle inside pan. Pan is installed coaxially relative to member. Member and pan form Venturi cylindrical space to which powder is fed. Venturi space has inlet and outlet located along circumference. Special device is provided to rotate member inside pad at speeds exceeding the speed required for centrifuging powder from member. Member pumps ambient air through Venturi space atomizes and deagglomerates powder fed to inlet of Venturi space, thus forming homogeneous moving cloud of material particles, cloud being homogeneous both along and across said axis. Invention proposed combinations of sprayer with powder feeder and sprayer with powder feeder and deagglomerator which are useful when serving the problems of covering wide panels for production of cloud homogeneous both in cross and longitudinal directions relative to panel and with uniform distribution of particles within cloud and distribution of particles by size in continuously movable cloud.
