FIELD: shipbuilding; propulsors for surface and submarine ships. SUBSTANCE: proposed propulsor has blade connected with drive for imparting forward and angular oscillations to propulsor. Drive includes sine crank mechanism with crank engageable with slide block by means of connecting rod; it also includes hinges and sliding pair. Blade is connected with slide block of sine mechanism by means of hinge and is provided with lever rigidly connected to it; free end of this lever is articulated with member of sliding pair whose second member is rigidly connected with connecting rod of sine mechanism and is oriented along guides of its slide block. EFFECT: simplified construction of wave propulsor blade. 1 dwg
