FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vehicle, chassis, pressure pump, and pressurized air source. Slit-type air diffusers 5, sprayers 6 and spring-loaded brushes are positioned on internal surface of protective housing. Housing has longitudinal section formed as truncated cone and is composed of two halves pivotally joined along their upper parts. Three vortex working fluid sprayers 6 are arranged diagonally in equally spaced relation on each half of protective housing from the top to the bottom thereof. Slit-type air diffusers 5 are extending along lower edges of protective housing at acute angle to horizontal surface. Air diffusers 9 are oriented along the entire perimeter inward of protective housing end. Catching channels are extending perpendicular from pivot joint for connecting protective housing parts and in parallel with and along axis of flow. Catching channels are equipped with openings for pumping out working fluid for further utilization thereof. EFFECT: increased efficiency in pest and disease control and reduced consumption of working fluid. 3 dwg
