FIELD: apparatuses for waste-free or low-waste cutting and forming small-size articles of soft non-metallic materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes on base over upper end four protrusions. Three of said four protrusions have inside arranged according to necessary design guiding semiholes for columns of holder. Said semiholes coincide with similar ones in outer wall of casing-die rigidly secured to front forth protrusion. Base of apparatus has four legs on lower end, said legs being extensions of upper protrusions. Front leg has through mounting groove with through lateral opening for mounting drive lever of knocking out apparatus. In inner cavity of casing-die cutting edges of thin-wall knife for cutting outer contour are rigidly mounted over upper ends of casing-die. At level of ends of casing-die inside said knife there are inner-contour small-size thin-wall cutters formed after assembling separate working windows with designed size and shapes. Under said windows in casing-die and in base there are mutually matched fall-through windows. Working contours of casing-die accurately coincide with configurations of knocking out punch fixed on lower end of holder by means of mounting studs and screws arranged in designed positions relative to contour axes. On lower end of holder there are wedge-shaped pressing ribs surrounding each working contour and set of changeable block-cutters.
