FIELD: highway engineering, applicable for preparation of hot asphalt-concrete mix. SUBSTANCE: bitumen dehydration installation has a source of energy - a microwave oscillator, evaporation chamber of three hermetically sealed troughs, successively Zee-connected with similar slopes to the horizontal plane. The bottom of each trough has a stepped shape and ends in plane projecting triangle-shaped dissectors. The lower outlet part of the third trough is connected to the bitumen outlet branch pipe, and its upper part - through the hot air inlet branch pipe - to an air heater. Connected to the upper part of the first trough is the hot air branch pipe, and to its lower part - the bitumen inlet branch pipe, whose bottom has fan-shaped divergent ribs. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, enhanced quality of bitumen, improved ecology. 4 dwg
