FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device for bitumen dehydration is related to the field of construction of motor roads and may be used in preparation of bitumen to make hot asphalt-concrete mixture, and also for dehydration of tar and black oil. Device for bitumen dehydration comprising dehydration tank installed vertically, with hatch in upper end closed with cover, and tightly connected via steam discharge to condenser, having cooler, flow and receiving tanks for bitumen, flow rate stabiliser and level detector, bitumen and vacuum pumps, stop valves, heaters, at that from inlet nozzle installed in upper part, helically and perpendicularly to internal surface of dehydration tank, there is tray installed with external and internal collars, which is assembled of composite parts with radially fixed sealed ribbed tubular heaters, at that every subsequent part of tray is shifted downwards creating difference, and in centre of dehydration tank there is mast installed with fixed garland of infrared heaters arranged along spiral.

EFFECT: maintenance of bitumen quality in process of its dehydration due to slowdown of chemical reaction of condensation, polymerisation and oxidation, due to reduction of dehydration process temperature, absence of contact of dehydrated bitumen with air oxygen and short period of exposure to thermal effect.
