PROCESS OF MOUNTING OF POWER MINING COMPLEX FOR ROBBING Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry, combined development of deposit of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: process of mounting of power mining complex for robbing includes delivery of equipment which is part of complex to mounting chamber, robbing and issue of equipment after development of extraction column. Rail track between repair shop and mounting and dismounting chambers is laid. Sections of entire length of support of power mining complex are assembled in repair shop on rail platforms, serviceability of sections of support is tested, sections of support are moved in assembled form to mounting chamber, train is positioned along breakage face, platforms are secured to rail track, sections of support are held apart, complete assembly of complex is conducted, it is brought into long face and column is extracted with turn of complex through 180 deg near boundary of section. After extraction of second column sections of support of complex are reversed and placed in dismounting chamber on platforms located in opposition to long face. Sections of support are released and moved in assembled form to repair shop. EFFECT: fast putting of complex into operation and its removal from breakage face, independence of complex mounting and dismounting from season. 2 dwg
