FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting two temperature-sensitive elements in the immediate vicinity of transplant wall in making Lewis operation. One is set in the zone of satisfactory blood supply. The other one is set in the zone of doubtful blood supply. Local blood circulation disorder is established in the transplant zone in postoperative period when increased temperature difference in measurement zones takes part. EFFECT: enabled early diagnosis and intensive care treatment course adjustment to avoid microcirculation disorders.
