SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating the cancer of urinary bladder by forming a gastric transplant blood-supplied with left and right gastro-omental vessels, right gastric artery and descending branch of left gastric arteries and vein. Moreover, one should cross middle part of stomach and exclude it out of digestive process by not crossing the main vessels. It is necessary to restore the integrity of gastro-intestinal tract due to suturing proximal and distal parts of patient's stomach. The method enables to form urinary reservoir out of the stomach at normal circulation being sufficient by volume.
