FIELD: medicine, oral surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with covering the defect with revascularized autotransplant that includes the section of iliac crest together with internal oblique muscle of the stomach. The method enables to improve circulation in autotransplant's bony part due to applying additional vascular collaterals through internal oblique muscle of the stomach supplemented into the fragment. This gives the chance to obtain bony autotransplant prolonged by its length and provides safety in conducting necessary osteotomies.
EFFECT: increased functional and esthetic result.
