FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: screw dental implant has solid support of prosthesis stump consisting of protruding member with thread and intraosteal member in the form of hollow cylindrical rod with male thread and thread along cavity. Cavity depth corresponds to length of fastening member in support. Implant is made of titanium with a layer of titanium beta modification with 1.5-2 mcm thickness to its external surface with hollows uniformly distributed in it and whose parameters are governed by physiological parameters of bone cells and bone plates. Protruding member of support presents a truncated cone whose large base is located on area equal to it on large base of conical neck of intraosteal member.
