FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing gas mixture of the highly toxic compound to be rendered harmless and reagent activating the neutralization process, treating the so produced gas mixture in plasma reactor by irradiating with accelerated charged particles beam and discharging the neutralization products. Product obtained in the plasma reactor is cooled to a predefined temperature and the condensed ingredients are separated and then sublimated and returned back into the plasma reactor.
