SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an amide derivative of the general formula (I') where symbols in formula have the following values: D means pyrazolyl group that can comprise 1-3 halogen-substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl groups as substituent(s); B means phenylene or thiophenediyl group; X means group of the formula +NH-CO- or +CO-NH-; A means phenyl group that can be substituted with one or some halogen atoms or five- or six-membered monocyclic heteroaryl group that can be substituted with one or more lower alkyl groups. Invention describes also a pharmaceutical composition based on the claimed compounds that is designated for inhibition of isolation of Ca^2--channels activated by secreted Ca²⁺.
