FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of thiophene of the general formula (I) where R₁ means formula: -A₁-X₁-R₃; R₂ means possibly formula: -A₂-X₂-R₄; ring B means 4-10-membered nitrogen- - containing cycloalkyl ring or 5- or 6-membered nitrogen- -containing unsaturated heterocycle; Ar means aryl ring or heteroaryl ring; A₁,A₂ and A₃ can be similar or distinct and each means a bond or lower alkylene group; X₁ and X₂ can be similar or distinct and each means a bond or formula: -O-, -S-; R₃ and R₄ can be similar or distinct and each means hydrogen atom, cyclic imido-group or lower alkyl group, aryl group or aralkyl group, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Indicated compounds show effect as an anti-PCP agonist and therefore they can be used as psychotropic or antischizo- -phrenic agents.
