FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel derivatives of quinuclidine of the formula (I) where ring A means phenyl group that can be optionally substituted with halogen atom or lower alkyl group, cyclohexyl, pyridyl, furyl or thienyl group; X mean a single bond or methylene group; I means 0 or 1; n means a whole number 1 or 2 or their salts with acids or their quaternary ammonium salts. Invention describes also pharmaceutical compositions based on thereof. These compounds show an antagonistic effect with respect to muscarinic M3-receptors and useful as prophylactic or curative agents in patients with urological, respiratory or digestion system diseases.
