FIELD: brewing industry, in particular, devices for preparation of brewing syrup. SUBSTANCE: the single-boiling unit has a tank with a taped bottom made for heating, water cooling jacket and a filtering sieve installed inside the tank and made in the form of two segments for a quick removal through a hermetically closing hatch in the front part of the tank. The single-boiling unit is provided with an agitator, for example of the propeller type, and spouts. The novelty is in the fact that in the vertical the tank is divided into two parts by two disks, the upper disk is rigidly attached by means of a bearing flange. The lower disk is made for rotation relative to the upper one in the horizontal plane with the aid of a movable pin mounted in the upper part of the agitator hollow shaft and actuating the rotation of the intermediate shaft. The shaft base is fastened on the movable disk resting on adjusting bolts installed on the bearing ribs of the lower disk. The upper and lower disks have semi- spherical holes occupying 2/5 of the area of each disk, and the sieves are made plane and secured on the upper disk. Water electric heaters are installed in the lower part of the tank, and the upper part of the tapered bottom is provided with a spout for curling the syrup. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of filtration of brewing syrup and economy of the working area occupied by the apparatuses of the working area occupied by the apparatuses of the brewing compartment. 3 dwg
