FIELD: food industry; particularly, mass-transfer apparatuses used at miniplants. SUBSTANCE: mass-transfer apparatus has cylindrical vessel with spherical bottom, mixing device in form of propeller, branch pipes for apparatus charging and maintenance, filter element in form of perforated cylinder. Novelty consists in that mixing device is located coaxially inside solid immovable cylinder, in lower part of apparatus. Filter element is installed on rod for reciprocation along axis of immovable cylinder with overlapping of latter parts in lower position and coaxially entering the solid cylinder in upper position, located in apparatus upper part. Lower end part of filter element consists of alternating perforated and nonperforated sections in form of lowers whose upper solid lobes are movable and installed for periodic closing and opening of end surface of perforated section of filter element. EFFECT: reduced power consumption for cycle of ready wort production due to rational organization of processes of mashing, filtering and digesting of wort, intensified heat-mass exchange processes due to improved hydrodynamic conditions of apparatus, reduced labor input in maintenance due to mechanization of process of removal of raw materials from filter element. 10 dwg
