FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering basic antishock infusion therapy to all patients not taking into account their hemodynamic and diuresis characteristics. The therapy includes dopamine in inotropic dose and nitroglycerin, the total infusion dose being equal to 0.36-0.41 ml/kg of body mass per 1 min. Cardiogenic shock of medium severity heavy one are detected in 12 h from the beginning of the anti-shock therapy. Extremely heavy reactive cases are detected 24 h later using an original method. Intensive care is continued taking in view cardiogenic shock severity degree according to developed method by controlling volume and time of infusion therapy as well as dopamine and nitroglycerin doses.
