FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: adaptive mirror has base, deformed plate which first surface is covered with reflecting coat and set of electromechanical converters made of ferroelectric ceramics fitted with controlling electrodes. Plate is fabricated from ferroelectric ceramics with diffuse phase transition. Electromechanical converters are made in body of plate and controlling electrodes are deposited on second surface of plate and are structural fractional figures.
