FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: solid modulator of wave front includes deformed mirror, rigid base, multilayer ferroelectric ceramic block placed between them and converters of controlling signal. Controlling signal presents binary code with number of positions equal N, converters are digital electronic keys. Block is made of ferroelectric ceramics with diffuse phase transition and is electrically divided into N sections. Electrodes are provided with protrusions, protrusions of address electrodes are turned with regard to common electrodes through angle electrodes of each section corresponding tone address are electrically connected in parallel and connected to output of proper digital electron key.
EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability and efficiency of optical system.
