SUBSTANCE: method based on alternate cyclic polling of signals from data source over n channels and alternate transmission of signals in compliance with polling order and within same period includes following procedures: channels are polled in pairs in preset periods, data source signal of even-numbered channel of pair is shaped in the form of m pulses with preset pulse-to-pulse period, data source signals are transmitted over odd- numbered channel of each pair in all cycles except for k_i= g•i cycles and next ones in the amount of m 1; transmission of data source signals over even-numbered channel is made during time intervals corresponding to k_i= g•i cycles and next ones in the amount of m 1. Switching device implementing this method is given in description of invention.
