FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making diagnosis by touching patient's spine and joints; exposing patient lying in face-down position to biological energy and simultaneously massaging patient's back and buttocks by applying force allowing patient's bones to be felt for less than 20 min in four stages, each not exceeding 5 min, with course of exposure being 10 or 14 procedures. First stage involves setting by operator of patient's vertebrae; oiling patient's back, with following massaging of back and upper part of buttocks to heat muscles; successively massaging one shoulder joint, then other shoulder joint, with greater force being applied to coronoid fossae; repeating procedures facilitating muscle heating; acting upon spine by fast passing of crossed operator's fingers over side surfaces of spinous processes of vertebral column; repeatedly massaging back and upper part of buttocks while repeating procedures facilitating muscle heating; acting upon lumbar region by passing palms put one onto another for providing additional force 7-9 times from upper to lower part of lumbar region. Second stage involves repeating at least once first stage procedures in undefined sequence while enhancing applied pressure and additionally acting upon spinous process of each cervical vertebra by thumbs and upon side surfaces of spinous processes of vertebral column by moving operator's finger articulations along one side surface, then along other side surface; passing 7-9 times by two fingers over side surfaces of spinous processes of vertebrae. Third stage involves repeating procedures of first and second stages while applying still greater force; between procedures, providing additional massaging of back and buttocks by finger articulations of clenched fist by effecting rotational motions and by finger tips; acting upon upper spinous processes of vertebrae by sides of operator's palms brought together, which are to be passed 4-6 times up and down vertebral column while slightly beating over upper spinous process of vertebrae. Fourth stage involves repeating procedures of first stage in undefined sequence and additionally massaging back and buttocks with palms and clapping up and down by fingers of both hands over side surfaces of ribs, with following passing over back beginning from right shoulder and down to right buttock, then passing to left buttock and further up to left shoulder; administering diuretic after seventh, tenth and thirteenth seances. EFFECT: improved state of vertebral column, metabolism recovery and removal of salts from patient's organism. 3 cl
