FIELD: cleaning gases, processing gases in particular at simultaneous recovery of part of potential energy of gases; delivery of gases for dissolving reagents. SUBSTANCE: vortex tube includes vortex chamber, branch pipe for discharge of cooled gas, throttle valve fitted at preheated gas outlet and nozzle chamber for delivery of gas whose walls are provided with slotted holes and dust receiver. Mounted on inner surface of nozzle chamber are helical guides (conductors) which are so twisted that their opposite ends are located at angle of 90 deg relative to each other; inner surface of dust receiver is provided with helical grooves which dovetail traps changing to circular groove are mounted. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning processing gases; avoidance of abrasive wear of vortex tube members. 5 dwg
