METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF ENRICHMENT DRINKING WATER Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: water-supply, food industry, drinking water preparation, in particular enrichment the same with mineral additives.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes production of calcium-containing additive by mixing of milled biogenic calcium-containing material with citric or ascorbic acid in mass ratio of 1:0.8 and 1:1.25, respectively, and introducing the same in water volume followed by dissolution up to desired calcium concentration. As biogenic calcium-containing material power calcite-containing writing chalk in form of micellate, milled up to particle size of 10^-7 m is used. Calcium-containing additive preferably is preliminary dissolved in smaller volume of enriching water with subsequent addition into larger volume of the same. Obtained weak-basic structured water with acceptable taste is physiologically full-value drinking water, enriched with biologically accessible calcium.

EFFECT: drinking water enriched with calcium in biologically accessible form, obtained by using of inexpensive and accessible calcium-containing material.
