Abstract RU 2186822 C2

FIELD: methods of fluidized-bed coking. SUBSTANCE: initial material in form of residue from oil straight line distillation is subjected to fluidized-bed coking. In this case, initial material, at the first state of process, is supplied to reactor for short-time contact of vapors with horizontal movable layer of fluidized hot particles to partially convert the initial material into low-boiling products. Carbon-containing material is precipitated on hot particles during contact of initial material with these hot particles and product is obtained in vapor phase. Hot particles containing precipitated carbon-containing material is supplied to the second stage of treatment-reactor for fluidized-bed coking where partially converted initial material is subjected to coking. Further on, it is supplied to desorption zone and to burner with combustion zone with fluidized solid particles for partial combustion of carbon-containing material with obtaining of heat for heating of particles to temperature exceeding the temperature of coking zone. After that, a part of heated particles is supplied from combustion zone to reactor for short-time contact of vapors. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method. 7 cl, 1 dwg
