Surface of cone has metallized coat. Rotor plate comes in the form of disc made of non-magnetic material, has axial hole and comprises two interjoined parts having grooves for setting along axis. In correspondence with second variant cover of transmitter has axial hole and unit for attachment of rotation mechanism. Cover is put on rotation mechanism.
