FIELD: electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in reduced body of computations while determining number of harmonic components and in increased accuracy of this determination by way of selection of optimum number of samples of momentary values of signal. Actual value of voltage is found by results of measurement of samples of momentary values of voltage. Number of samples of momentary values of signal is gradually raised to some value at which actual value of voltage stops changing. EFFECT: reduced body of computations, increased accuracy of procedure. 3 dwg
