FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves repairing auditory ossicle chain by connected hammer manubrium to stirrup by means of prosthesis. The hammer manubrium is fixed above the vestibule window by means of wedge-like pin taken from cortical layer of mastoid process that is set in front of the hammer manubrium between the cervix and head of the hammer on one side and cicatricial tissue on the other side. EFFECT: reliable hammer manubrium fixation; stable improvement of auditory function.
