FIELD: apparatuses for preparing liquid media and suspensions at performing homogenizing and dispersing operations. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system of apparatus for preparing suspensions and emulsions includes successively joined by means of pipelines delivery vessel, rotary homogenizer-disperser of first stage and rotary homogenizer-disperser of second stage. Drive unit of homogenizer-disperser of second stage and(or) first stage is provided with device for regulating revolution number. Outlet of homogenizer-disperser of first stage and(or) second stage is connected with delivery vessel or with inlet of the same homogenizer-disperser by means of pipeline having controlled shut-off device mounted in it.
