SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the disperse systems and may be used at production of synthesized polyols. The installation contains the hydraulic jet pump-mixer connected to the outlet of the hydromechanical pump- disperser. The installation contains the components batching system consisting of the flow ratio tank and the batching device. The technical result of the invention consists in intensification of the process and an improvement of the quality of the end-products.
