FIELD: test equipment, applicable for removal of the lighting discharge in a cloud. SUBSTANCE: the device has a container installed on the launching pad with the longitudinal axis perpendicularly to its surface. The container accommodates a jet projectile installed for movement in its longitudinal axis. A flexible member is laid in the gap between the container and the projectile for projectile movement in the longitudinal axis of the flexible member laying. The flexible member is connected with its first end to the container bottom, and with the other end - to the projectile tail section for action on it in its longitudinal axis. The device may have an additional container connected to the projectile tail section, a parachute or an air balloon with an electric conducting envelope and an inflation system is packed inside this container.
