SUBSTANCE: system storage capacitor is connected through circuits of thyristors using current inverter circuit arrangement to field and compensating windings connected in series opposition, diode being inserted in compensating winding, Power supply is connected in parallel with field winding through switching choke coil and capacitor. The latter is connected through thyristor to diode and to winding, both being shorted out through diode. One plate of compensating capacitor is connected through variable resistor to common point of connection of filed winding, compensating winding, and low-voltage power supply; the latter is connected through choke coil to common point of connection of winding and choke coil. Other capacitor plate is connected through thyristor to common point of connection of diode and winding. High-voltage dc power supply is connected in parallel with capacitor. EFFECT: enhanced repetition rate of acceleration and radius correction cycles of equilibrium orbit in beginning of acceleration cycle. 1 cl, 4 dwg
