FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing homoamnion flap over leukoma after removing epithelium from its surface transferring automucosa flap from a lip to the protrusion zone and fixing it to the surrounding conjunctiva. The homoamnion flap diameter is greater than the automucosa flap diameter by 3-4 mm. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; rapid and hogeneous flap adhesion; reduced risk of complications.
