FIELD: manufacture of building materials, particularly, lime-and-sand brick. SUBSTANCE: production line consists of vessels for intermediate storage of raw material components; dosing devices of sand, line; transportation systems; rod mill which has additional water and steam lines with doing devices introduced into mill throat. Processes are conducted in one unit, rod mill. Supplied directly to rod mill throat are all raw material components and water with temperature of 120 C or live steam, or water and steam in combination in amount sufficient for lime slaking and attaining the preset molding humidity of mixture ready for pressing. Mixture is processed in rod mill with specific power consumption of 6-16 KW per ton of dry mixture. EFFECT: simplified production process. 3 cl, 1 dwg
