SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 5H-pyrano[2,3-d:6,5-d]dipyrimidine of the general formula (I) showing an antibacterial, antiviral and immunomodulating effect. In compounds of the general formula (I) radical have the following values: R¹ is taken among the group hydroxy-group, mercapto-group, halogen atom; R² is taken among the group: hydroxy-group, lower alkoxy-group, halogen atom; R³ is taken among the group: hydrogen atom, phenyl or phenyl substituted with halogen atom or nitro-group. Compounds are preferable where: R¹ = R² is OH; R³ is 4-O₂NC₆H₄ (I); R¹ = R² is Cl; R³ is C₆H₅ (II); R¹ = R² is OH; R³ is 4-J-C₆H₄ (III); R¹ = R² is OH; R is H (IV); R¹ is OH; R² is OCH₃; R³ is 4-O₂NC₆H₄ (V); R¹ = R² is OH; R³ is 4-Cl-C₆H₄ (VI); R¹ = R² is OH; R³ is 4-Br-C₆H₄ (VII); R¹ is SH; R² is OH; R³ is 4-Cl-C₆H₄ (VIII); R¹ is SH; R² is OH; R³ is 4-O₂NC₆H₄ (IX).
