To do it, a square is projected over the body surface, ring from flexible material is drawn between the points of endoscope introduction and the most responsible intervention zone projection over the cavity wall. The ring is stretched in the center between these two points forming the square in opposite angle of which endoscope is set on one diagonal and the main instrumental trocars introduction points are spaced over the other diagonal.
