FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has base with pedicles and two protrusions with recesses for fixing drilling machine position. The protrusions are manufactured on the side opposite to the rest side of the base. The support member base is manufactured as rope of closed contour having ring shape and an opening for operator fingers to pass easily through. Another version of the device is designed as base with pedicles and two protrusions with recesses for fixing drilling machine position manufactured on the side opposite to the rest side of the base. The base is manufactured as two incomplete half-rings. The half-ring ends are joined with cross-pieces. Base protrusions are inserts positioned between the half-ring ends and mounted on the cross- pieces to be inclinable inside of the half-rings.
