FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates the instrument making sphere and can be used in medical technique in prosthetics and dentistry. Dental engine contains drive, spindle and immobiliser for shank end from crank. Spindle has outlet end with axial bore for cutting tool shank end. Shank end immobiliser from crank is made as cylindrical claw. On the side surface of axial bore of spindle outlet end longitudinal groove of V-shaped section is provided. Cylindrical claw is mounted in longitudinal groove of axial borne of spindle outlet end along its axis and with the ability to limit the movement along the groove bottom to its smaller depth, while simultaneous contact with the side surface of cutting tool shank end.
EFFECT: range extension of transmitted torque and improvement of dental engine accuracy characteristics.
