FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instruments measuring flow rate, mass or amount of material flowing through pipeline. Proposed float-turbine gas or liquid meter has float with hub fitted in guide supports, float axial travel stop, housing and sensor-meter. Lower part of float is made in form of axial-flow turbine, and upper part of float is made in form of valve with turbine made in form of arc-shaped slots on working surface of valve. Blades of axial-flow turbine are brought to valve, and arc-shaped slots of turbine in upper of float are arranged in groups between blades of axial-flow turbine, with beginning at hub of axial-flow turbine and end of valve periphery. Electric pulse sensor- meter is installed in housing square to axis of float rotation, and device providing interaction of float with sensor- meter is installed on blade of axial-flow turbine in zone of end face.
