FIELD: hydroelectric power stations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of autonomous tidal damless power plants. Hydroelectric power plant comprises cylindrical tank 1 and storage reservoir 2, connected at the upper level by pipeline 3, and at the lower level by pipeline 4, and device 22 for electric power generation. In tank 1 at its base there is a bidirectional hydraulic Wells turbine 6, which is connected to electric generator 7. Additional water reservoir 10 is installed at the upper level of the tide, in which float 19 is installed on height-adjustable stop 21. Device 22 is attached to the side surfaces of float 19 and comprises at least one permanent magnet made with possibility of reciprocating movement along the guide rod arranged in the centre of the hollow cylindrical housing, and windings for connection to external energy storage. Permanent magnet is made in the form of an odd number of magnetic washers having successively opposite direction of magnetization in the axial direction. On the surface of the north poles of the washers there are films of a monoelectret with a negative sign of the charge, on the surface of the south poles – films of a monoelectret with a positive sign of the charge. Housing is equipped with end covers, on the inner surface of which there are limiters-dampers with a monoelectret film, the charge sign of which coincides with the charge sign of the monoelectret film placed on the nearest magnetic washer.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing efficiency.
