SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely dentistry, and can be used for conservative endodontic treatment of destructive apical periodontitis and radicular cysts. The teeth are subjected to instrumental and medication treatment, and dosed electrophoresis of the copper-calcium hydroxide preparation is executed. Additionally performed therein are an expansion of the apical foramina of the dental roots and metered transcanal endossal electrophoresis of the copper hydroxide-calcium preparation using an active electrode isolated to the entire length of the root canal with the amount of electricity passing through the tissues at a dose of 5 to 35 mA x min, depending on the degree of destruction of the jaw bone tissue and the individual risk factors according to Table 1.

EFFECT: method, due to the elimination of the epithelial and connective tissue lining of intraosseous defects and acceleration of ossification of the bone tissue, provides a possibility of greatly accelerating treatment and achieving full ossification of the foci of bone tissue destruction.
