FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for galvanophoretic purification and targeted nano-impregnation of the roots of the teeth consists of the extracandular and intracanal parts made of different metals constituting the galvanic pair. The out-channel and in-channel parts are made of thin metal fibers intertwined with the micro-space between the fibers. The out-channel part is made of 3-5 mm with a transverse dimension of 0.8-2.0 mm, and the intracanal part has the form of a cylinder or cone with a length of 4 to 16 mm.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accelerate the process of impregnating the tooth root space and dentinal tubules with a drug substance, ensuring free outflow of residual exudate and liquid formed as a result of proteolysis of organic components in the root canal during treatment.
