FIELD: medicine, therapeutic dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in endodontic treatment of the chewing group of teeth. Under anesthesia, the hard tissues of the tooth are prepared, the tooth cavity is opened, the mouths are expanded, creating endodontic access to the root canals, the tooth cavity is irrigated with 3% sodium hypochlorite. After anesthesia, the examined tooth is isolated with a rubber dam system. Before irrigation of the tooth cavity, the working length of the root canals is determined, instrumental and drug treatment of the root canals is carried out, and after irrigation, an aspiration test is performed, filling both root canals in one root with 3% sodium hypochlorite solution, followed by the introduction of an endodontic syringe needle into one of the root canals, and without removing it, by pulling the piston, aspiration of the solution is carried out, while the level of the solution in the second root canal drops to the level in the first root canal. After that, the syringe needle is removed, the distance to the level of the solution in the first root canal is measured, followed by the determination of the entrance to the transverse cavity connection in the first root canal, advancing the K-file No. 10 with a bent tip with sliding reciprocating movements along the inner wall of the first root canal until the bent tip penetrates into the desired entrance of the cavity connection, after which the entrance to the cavity connection is identically found in the second root canal, while all diagnostics are carried out using a dental operating microscope and diagnostic intraoral radiography and cone beam computed tomography.
EFFECT: method, due to the accurate determination of the transverse cavitary connection between two canals with independent apical openings in one root of the masticatory group of teeth, allows to improve the quality of treatment and prevent the development of complications in the long term during the initial treatment of patients, and during retreatment of teeth, it allows to ensure the restoration of the bone structure in the periapical tissues.
