FIELD: molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out reactions of DNA reverse transcription by method of "seminest" polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using oligonucleotide primers of the following composition: EVR 1: 5'-CACCGGATGGCCAATCCAA; EVF: 5'-CGGTACCTTTGTGCGCCTGTTTT; EVR 2: 5'-AATTGTCACCATAAGCAGCCA that results to formation of a site of the length for 546 nucleotide pairs containing sites for differentiating restriction enzymes. The prepared cDNA is hydrolyzed successively with a set of restriction enzymes Sty I, Bam HI, Ava I, Sma I (Cla I), Pvu II. Belonging of detected RNA to a specific type of enteroviruses or strain is determined by comparison electrophoretic patterns of hydrolyzates. Invention can be used in diagnosis of enteroviral infections and epidemiological investigations. EFFECT: simplified and precised detection and differentiation of enteroviruses RNA. 1 dwg
