SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and concerns a method for differential amplification of a fragment of the VP1 region of the enterovirus genome of enterovirus A and Enterovirus B by "semi-nested" polymerase chain reaction using oligonucleotide primers: in 1st round of PCR: 486: 5'-TGGTAICARACIAAITWYGTIGTNC-3' and 488: 5'-GTIGGRTAICCITCITARAACCAYTG-3' for DNA amplification of Enterovirus A viruses, 490: 5'-TGIGTIYTITGYRTICCITGGAT-3' and 492: 5'-GGRTTIGTIGWYTGCCA-3' for amplification of Enterovirus B virus cDNA; in 2nd round of PCR AN89: 5'-CCAGCACTGACAGCAGYNGARAYNGG-3' and EvAR - 5'-TACTGGAC-CNCCNGGNGGNRCRWACATRTA-3' for amplification of cDNA of Enterovirus A viruses, AN89: 5'-CCAGCACTGACAGCAGYNGARAYNGG-3' and EvBR: - 5'-TACTGGACCNCCNGGNGGNAYRTACATNA-3' to amplify cDNA of Enterovirus B viruses, where N is any of A, T, G or C, R is A or G, Y is C or T, W is A or T; I - inosine.
EFFECT: what is presented is a method for differential amplification of a fragment of the VP1 region of the enterovirus genome Enterovirus A and Enterovirus B.
