SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of molecular biology, virology and medicine. A method for amplifying the VP1 region of the genome of enterovirus species Enterovirus B by the nested polymerase chain reaction using oligonucleotide primers is described:
in the 1st round of PCR 224: and 3742 BR1 - 5'- in the 2nd round of PCR 2223BFL: 5'- and 3059BRL: for cDNA amplification of the cDNA fragment of the 5' region of the 1D gene of Enterovirus B viruses and oligonucleotide primers:
for amplification of the cDNA fragment of the 3' cDNA region of the 1D gene of Enterovirus B viruses, where N is any of A, T, G or C, R is A or G, Y is C or T; I - inosine.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for genotyping enteroviruses.
