SPACER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2189505 C1

FIELD: spacers designed for limiting axial run of hydraulic cylinders. SUBSTANCE: spacer is made in the form of end cover having central hole ensuring longitudinal feed of rod of air, hydraulic or oil cylinder and holes over periphery for receiving of threaded members providing connection of body of air, hydraulic or oil cylinder with spacer. Outer and inner contours of spacer cross-section profile are made with positive angle of inclination relative to axis of central hole and limited by plane-parallel end faces passing into combined chamber and radial rounding of periphery contour. Spacer central hole has surface ensuring contact with outer outline of air, hydraulic or oil cylinder due to matching of spacer inner surface with conjugated outer outline of air, hydraulic or oil cylinder. In this case, spacer has three equispaced holes with chambers. Said hole centers are on the same diameter relative to axis and at equal coordination angles ζ. EFFECT: higher reliability and simplified design. 3 dwg
